Our home care and support allows you flexibility to live comfortably and safely in your own home. Our home care packages are built around your support for you to maintain your chosen lifestyle; from a visit a day to 24 hour care. We believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs. We aim to keep you in control and provide you with the domiciliary care and support you want, where and when you want it. Our dedicated team of home care assistants can assist with:

• Assistance with personal care – help with starting your day; bathing, shaving, oral hygiene dressing and good breakfast
• Outings – shopping support or alternatively agree a shopping list, undertake the shopping and put it away.
• Meal time – preparation and assist at mealtimes
• Support with medication; remind and assist you in taking medicines, as well as collect or return medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery
• Household tasks – cleaning, laundry and ironing either on a regular basis or during special occasions
• Social outings; support you with social activities like going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family or going to your church or club

Live-in Care and Supported Living

Our live in care and support allows you to have high quality care without moving to a care home. We cater for that continuous care with the reassurance of 24hrs care without the stress of moving to unfamiliar surroundings. We offer individual packages that are person centred, for people who want to remain within their own existing homes or would like their own home. We provide a range of specialist support services to adults with complex needs and learning disabilities including behaviours that may be described as challenging.

Companionship

Our companionship care and support allows you to live a socially enriched life providing you access to one of our care assistance to help daily life activities from chats over cups of tea to your passionate hobbies and travel arrangements. This service ensures that you or your loved ones can lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives in the communities they love.
